Publication Frequency
The Global South Journal of Applied Research (GSJAR) is an online-only journal published semiannually, with regular issues ordinarily released in March and September.
The journal follows a continuous-publication model within each active issue. An accepted article may be published after completion of peer review, revision, final editorial approval, copyediting, proofreading and production, without waiting for all other articles in the issue to be completed.
Every article will be assigned to a clearly identified volume and issue and will display its publication date and complete bibliographic information.
The journal may publish special issues, thematic collections, supplements or conference-related collections when academically justified. Such content will remain subject to the journal’s applicable editorial, ethical, authorship, competing-interest and peer-review requirements. Sponsorship or external support for a special collection will be disclosed transparently and will not determine editorial outcomes.
The journal will maintain its current and archived issues on its website. Any material change to the announced publication frequency will be communicated publicly and reflected consistently in OJS settings, calls for papers and journal information pages.
Publication frequency refers to the planned release of issues and does not constitute a guarantee that a particular manuscript will be published by a requested date.
